DiSC profiles are a nonjudgemental tool used for discussion of people’s behavioral differences. Using the consistent language of DiSC, the Everything DiSC model is simple and memorable. The circumplex is a powerful yet easy way to see how you relate to other people.
Gain greater understanding and clarity into your preferences, strengths and even areas you may want to develop further. DiSC helps you to better understand yourself and others. Improved self-awareness allows you to have more satisfaction in your job, relationships and your life.
DiSC will help you understand the many different ways to interact with others. Learning more about yourself and your preferences will give you increased understanding about your friends and co-workers, helping to improve all of your relationships.
The Everything DiSC assessments can be completed in roughly 15-20 minutes. They are not timed. We recommend you set aside some time where you will be uninterrupted so that you can work through all questions at once.
There are no right or wrong answers in DiSC. Your answers help to assess your own personal tendencies and preferences. When you understand yourself better, you gain greater understanding into how you will respond to certain tasks or situations.
No, you do not have to be certified to administer DiSC profiles. However, Wiley does offer certification in person and online for those who wish to be certified. In addition, the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group also provides a special certification and overview of how all DiSC tools can be incorporated into your organization.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™
Based on the bestselling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a model and development program that guides intact teams through a journey to improve in five areas that are key to productive team dynamics: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results.
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team includes a DiSC behavior-style assessment for each team member, with the results presented on a single graph that plots the personality and behavioral “style” (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness) of everyone on the team.
Personality and behavioral style is a key determinant for how people present themselves and interpret the words and actions of others. Gaining a better understanding and greater appreciation of each team member’s style gives the team as a whole the ability to work together more effectively.
We also have a version of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team powered by AllTypes which is similar to Myers Briggs (MBTI).
This assessment provides a model and vocabulary to use with your team to discuss areas of dysfunction or cohesion, a self-analysis that begins the discussion with honest disclosure, and a clear and challenging model for implementation.
That is not necessary, but you might want to recommend it. The book is highly respected and easy to read. We do recommend that facilitators read the book.
A minimum of three participants is needed before you can deliver this assessment. That’s also the same number needed before you can generate a report. We do not suggest running a report until all team members have completed the assessment.
Yes. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Progress Report is designed especially to show a team how its behaviors have changed as compared to the last time the team was assessed. In addition to showing the improvements on the team, the report outlines challenges that may be hindering further development.
