How to order DiSC Products
You may order DiSC Products online at www.DiSCNinja.com.  You may also order by phone or email by contacting DiSC Ninja at 512.835.1343 or sales@discninja.com.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as checks.  Please contact us for check payments.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final for all DiSC products including, assessment codes, profiles, EPIC credit transfers, as well as facilitators kits.

Shipping
Orders are processed Mon – Fri.  Orders placed before 4pm CST will be processed same day, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. 

Electronic Products
DiSC assessments codes will be emailed to the address provided at checkout and profiles can be viewed instantly after assessment has been taken.  No shipping fees will apply for online DiSC assessment codes and profiles as well as EPIC credit transfers.
